Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Your order ships from our US warehouse and typically arrives within 2-5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.
Order tracking
Track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will correct it if the order hasn’t shipped.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your building’s mail area, then contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate it or make it right.
