We want you to love your Hearthglow lamp. If you don’t, here is how returns work.
30-day returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@thehearthglow.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us with a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You do not need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear.
Return shipping
For returns not caused by damage or our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
