Welcome to Hearthglow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thehearthglow.com (the “Site”), operated by Essential Care Plus LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Hearthglow. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
We sell home fragrance accessories, including candle warmer lamps. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color and finish may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain pricing or listing errors. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Product use and safety
Candle warmer lamps are electrical devices. Use them only as described in the included instructions, on a stable surface, plugged into a standard US outlet, and out of reach of children and pets. Do not leave the device unattended for extended periods beyond the built-in timer settings. Essential Care Plus LLC is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Essential Care Plus LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essential Care Plus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
